I found the location quite convenient, especially with its proximity to the metro station. the vending machines on the ground floor were handy for snacks, and the staff at reception provided assistance around the clock. i liked the ensuite toilet and shower facilities. The tv in the room was also a nice touch.
the room was dark, and the window faced a wall, a little disappointing.

The staff welcomed me warmly, so patient and kind. i felt quite safe knowing the front door remained closed at night. vending machines are available. Such a thoughtful addition after a long day.

I found the location very convenient near the central station. Several restaurants and cafes are nearby. The staff was polite and allowed luggage storage after check-out. Vending machines offered useful options.
The room needed better heating, as the radiators did not function. I had to rely on the AC unit, designed for cooling, not heating.

the staff at the reception, they were really available and helpful. the location be good too, close to the central station. my room, it came with clean towels, that was a plus.
the room looked old, and i think it could use some updating. the bed wasnt very comfortable, and the pillows felt old to me. also, the sound isnt good, and i could hear noises from other rooms.
